In 1999, the MCRT GmbH was founded by a team of experts in "CLEANROOM" techniques with the intention of developing and selling innovative cleanroom products and also to advise clients in all questions concerning cleanroom techniques.
Our customers are end-users as well as manufacturers of original equipment (OEMs) in all manufacturing organisations who might need cleanroom techniques (semi-conductor industry, waver manufacturer, techniques of coating and micro structur, medical and pharmaceutical industry).

Technique and products

MCRT offers CLEANROOM solutions to meet clients' specific requirements; e.g. systems with unidirectional flow, white air-conditioned work places and areas, soft wall systems. Our service includes consultation, analysis and advice on providing optimum solutions for the provision of cleanroom conditions. MCRT are strong and reliable partners when providing of such facilities is required.

The semi-conductor industry and the medical/pharmaceutical technical industries require special and extremely high standards in CLEANROOM techniques. Providing specific solutions for such clients is the main function and experience of the MCRT which is among the leading manufacturers of mini-environments to be utilised in semi-conductor industry in Europe.

For all questions concerning cleanroom technology for the production of pharmaceutical and medical products, food and cosmetics, we can provide well-trained specialist teams of the MCRT. The teams will be expert in the planning of working areas with the regard to the flow of staff and materials and the layout of clean zones to meet hygienic requirements and specifications, including ventilated constructions and cleanrooms with full regard to the current needs of EC, FDA, PIC/S and others.

To enable the control of your cleanrooms we also offer the relevant monitoring systems. Concerning the sector of medical technique and pharmaceutics, we are also offering monitoring systems for proofing the evidence with Annex 1 of EC GMP from 2003.
