MCRT Monitoring systems and measurement devices
Besides mobile particle counters,MCRT plans and lelivers manufacturers independent monitoring and data logging systems for the pharmaceutical-, semiconductor- and other clean room industry. In compliance with the curremt directives as e.g. EC-GMP, FDA, DIN EN ISO 14644, we can offer the following options
- Measuring and recording of temperature, pressure, relative humidity, volume flow, air velocity and particle concentration as genuine crude data
- Particle sensors 0,1 cft or 1,0 cft air flow, with or without integrated vacuum pump
- Adaptable size channels (0,1; 0,3; 0,5; 5,0;... µm)
- Recording of data for the pharmaceutical sector CFR 21 Part 11 compliant (data security, audit trail function, authorization control)
- Transmission of data (only reading authorization) via Bus System (LON or ProfiBus) Actuating of analogue signals of process technique possible
